Abusers are everywhere

Abuse

They are in our families, places of faith, children’s schools and in the workplace.  They are mothers, fathers, pastors, bosses and co-workers.  With their charm, they lure hiding behind their friendly, kind façade.   They control and manipulate by being impossible to please.  Therefore, I call them Charming Impossibles.

There are many mean, unethical, vicious jerks among the wonderful, beautiful loving souls that make up our humanity.  What sets Charming Impossibles apart is their subtle undercurrent of intended targeting, devising of plans, intentionally choosing “Targets” to wound where they are most vulnerable.  While controlling who sees only their charm, the Target receives strategic insults from a Charming Impossible who is simultaneously running off the support system of their target.  Charming Impossibles choose their victims by feeding off the power they feel from their direct, malicious attack triggering an intentional and completely different kind of self-doubt, confusion and loss in sense of self that only these abusers are capable of causing.  They are emotional leeches that suck the very life out of their victims.

The effects of Charming Impossibles on children, spouses, in the work place and in places of faith have lasting damaging effects and can even lead to death.

Charming Impossibles’ are phony yet brilliant pretenders who attack to dominate.  They pull invisible strings through deceitful charm, orchestrating multiple other people’s lives.  In a way, they are god over their own world stage pulling strings as if others are their very own marionettes.  They cause others to act, believe and do as they conduct from above with invisible strings we can’t see.  By the simple act of listening to their whisper in your ear, pulling away from one or turning against another, you may have performed precisely as planned by being manipulated by such an invisible string without even knowing it.
